How do I receive my license key?
Instant delivery after purchase

After a successful purchase, your license key is immediately visible in My Orders. You can copy it directly from there. Keys are never sent by email — always check your Orders page.

How long does a deposit take?
Deposit processing time

Deposits are reviewed manually. Most are approved within 1–24 hours. Upload a clear screenshot of your receipt. Deposits without valid proof will be rejected.

How does the referral program work?
Earn 20% per purchase

Share your unique referral link. When someone registers and buys a product, you earn 20% of their purchase price, credited instantly to your wallet.

How do I withdraw my earnings?
Processing & requirements

Go to Withdraw and submit a request. Minimum is 100.00 credits. Processed within 1–3 business days via GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer.

Can I get a refund?
Refund policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once the license key has been revealed. If your key is genuinely not working, contact support with proof and we will assist.

Is my payment secure?
Security & privacy

Yes. All payments are sent directly to our payment accounts. We never store your payment credentials. Deposits are only credited after manual admin verification.
